  Customer service was good. The battery's name and photos are a bit misleading as only in one small place it telles you that this is a 2de life battery. The name and images do not indicate it at all. I hope the 10year 6k cycles warranty is met if something goes wrong. There was no book or warranty card.

  Thanks for your review. With regards to your concern about the warranty. Revov are one of the few battery suppliers in South Africa that have been around for 10 years and have had their 10 year warranty put to the test... We have kept away from listing batteries by new suppliers promising long warranties, as I am not sure if they are going to be around to honour their warranty...
