12-09-2024Customer service was good. The battery's name and photos are a bit misleading as only in one small place it telles you that this is a 2de life battery. The name and images do not indicate it at all. I hope the 10year 6k cycles warranty is met if something goes wrong. There was no book or warranty card.Administrators CommentThanks for your review. With regards to your concern about the warranty. Revov are one of the few battery suppliers in South Africa that have been around for 10 years and have had their 10 year warranty put to the test... We have kept away from listing batteries by new suppliers promising long warranties, as I am not sure if they are going to be around to honour their warranty... 22-08-2024The tracking of the order was very good. Notifications from the seller and courier were timely. The packaging of the item was robust and the goods appeared to be undamaged. I have not put the unit into operation yet and cannot comment furthe at this time.
20-08-2024Excellent service from Dylan. 2x batteries were purchased which arrived in 2 days which was impressive. However, the FCC rating of the batteries were 100ah on the lcd screens but dropped on the 2nd day to 97% on 1 battery and 100% on the other battery. Revov technical support assisted and reset the FCC rating to 100ah but on the 3rd day it dropped to 93% on both batteries. It was reset again...Read moreAdministrators CommentHi Tafseer. Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing. I will speak to Revov on Monday. I am sure the batteries have not degrading in 1 week. They are covered by a 10 year warranty.
