I was scepticsl about ordering from a company not based in Cape Town espesially a rather expensive item like a Lithium Battery. I looked at reviews and decided to take the chance. I was completely satisfied with the process and the service. I will recommend Ecohub with confidence and I will not hesitate to support them in future.

Our business made use of Ecohub for the supply of backup power hardware. Pricing was good, however even more was the superb level of bespoke service we received. Ecohub went out their way to accommodate the peculiarities of our situation, were excellent communicators, and on the ball when it came to arranging timeous delivery to us. Highly recommended.

I am VERY impressed with the delivery time. I ordered my Blue Nova online on Wednesday morning, Friday morning the Courier Guy was at my gate with the delivery! I'm having the battery connected this week.

Just purchased my second Blue Nova LI battery from Ecohub. Again had exceptional service. No need for follow ups as I was kept up-to-date all the time. 4 days from purchase to delivery. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Hi Craig Thanks for the feedback and your second order. 4 days for delivery seemed a little slower than usual. So I just checked on it. I see purchase date was 1 March and courier delivered 3 March :)

I recently took delivery of a Blue Nova BN52V-100-5.2 BP battery. The service received from Ecohub was outstanding as they constantly communicated with me on my order status and projected delivery. Their choice of courier was also excellent. That is my 4th BN52 and all have performed perfectly.

Many thanks for excellent service: I was phoned within the hour of placing an order to confirm the delivery arrangements and my order arrived promptly, undamaged (a heavy piece of equipment), and is now operational after installation by a professional.

I cannot fault ecohub. Great service with fast delivery. Unfortunately the huge demand for batteries and the weakening of the rand has resulted in large increases. Bought 3 batteries from them. Paid R27k in Sep 22, R29k in Oct 22 and R32k in Mar 23. More than 30% in 6 months.
