With the cold weather and central heating in the winter it is normal for dry conditions to affect in our homes causing dry skin, sore throats, or itchy eyes. It can also increase the risk of exposure to infections, affecting those with respiratory conditions and allergies. It is not only damaging to humans, but cracks in your wooden furniture are usually shrinkage caused by a reaction to a lack of moisture in the air.

The Meaco Deluxe 202 Humidifier not only keeps the air humid and clean, the humidified air you breathe in has also been sterilised by an ultraviolet lamp, prior to humidification.

Running a humidifier in hard water areas can be an issue due to the build up of calcium carbonate deposits. With this in mind the Deluxe 202 comes with a large limescale filter to help soften the water before humidification.

The Deluxe 202 has a quiet Night Mode to help you sleep at night, whether it be to help baby sleep better or to stop your partner from snoring!

The 202 Deluxe has a range of controls to help you get the best out of the humidifier with a three stage mist output, aroma diffuser, hot or cold mist function, auto humidistat and a variable mist output for more even distribution of the clean, humidified air within the room. The Deluxe is suitable for large rooms up to 65m².

This MeacoDeluxe unit comes with a two-year parts and labour warranty.

We have been using it now in the dead of winter and are very impressed. the noise is minimal, the night mode is great, and the essential oil holder is a bonus I didn't know about. Received the unit within 3 days from ordering. So far I am impressed with the quality of unit and looking forward to seeing benefits from breathing cleaner air while sleeping, as air quality from pollution in Johannesburg is bad at the moment.

My Meaco humidifier arrived safely and in time. I have only used it for one night and so far I am so happy with my purchase. Operation of the unit is very quiet. I would however like to mention that I am.in awe with the service I got from EcoHub. I am in awe guys! I make a lot of online purchases, but I have never received the same level of service from other providers. Your service level is exceptional. Keep it up!

The humidifier is working very well, and is silent in operation. The purchasing experience was easy and delivery on the promised day. Interaction with the support team was excellent and easy via the web assistant

The product is a humidifier with purified air it cannot be classed as an air purifier as you can run it without the humidifier.

Hi Ross, Thanks for your review. I think you meant that it can't run without the humidifier. That is correct. This product is primarily a humidifier. It has a HEPA filter and an activated charcoal filter which also cleans/purifies the air while the unit is humidifying. As per product description "Combined humidifier and air purifier to maintain a healthy humidity in the home."
