By nature, I my approach to purchase items are conservative. I prefer not to purchase goods online. But sometimes, your hand is forced to consider using online suppliers. Eco-Hub was such a supplier with a dehumidifier we needed in our home. After in-depth research on a product and potential suppliers, we singled Eco-Hub as a potential supplier - offered a highly trusted product on market and at a very competitive price. Dylan at Eco-Hub was contactable and approachable, giving us the comfort to place the order. It was also delivered as per the pre-agreed date. Honestly, moving forward, given their product range, Eco-Hub is one of my very few trusted online suppliers. Keep it going!

First, the service I received with EcoHub was absolutely astounding, and they get full marks for Product Knowledge, Responsivity, Helpfulness, friendliness. Delivery was very fast, and I am thrilled that I bought from Ecohub rather than anywhere else. The Oscar itself is a brilliant addition to our kitchen. We've been adding vegetable juices to our daily routine, and are most definitely feeling the benefits. We've been juicing Celery, Carrots, Ginger, Spinach, Apple, lemons, parsley and coriander mostly. The pulp is dry (I use the pulp of the veggies for my bone broth, so I just freeze or compost it when I have too much), the juice yield is excellent, and the juices taste great (for the most part.. I'm still getting used to drinking coriander..). What I've also noticed is the intensity of the flavours from the juice - I've had a centrifugal juicer before, and the juice definitely tastes so much more intense with the Oscar, and I'm considering using this knowledge in my more adventurous cooking efforts.. I also still want to try my hand at making nut butters. :) Thank you to Dylan for excellent service!

After an initial faulty unit was quickly swapped-out by the supplier, our power station has a fridge and freezer permanently connected to it and has been powering them flawlessly for a while now. It has been a relief to know that they continue running during regular load-shedding. The only issue so far has been that, if the outages have been too close to each other, the battery does not have enough time to recharge fully. This is because it seems to share its charge and supply (inverter) circuits, so the charge wattage is reduced by the wattage of the connected load. The solution is then to unplug the load (fridge and freezer) while there is no load-shedding, plug them into mains power and then the power station is able to use the full charge capacity. Battery charging is then much faster. Adding solar panels should alleviate this problem.
