  First Class service was way better than normal. Dylan was a pleasure to deal with, and it was so nice to talk with someone who really knew about the products, their features, and the differences between models (in my case, dehumidifiers). I ended up buying two dehumidifiers, and they were couriered promptly, too. Not only did I get great service but the prices were very reasonable too. Well...

  Ordered last week Thursday late, received product following Tuesday morning. Clear instructions and using since Wednesday very impressed with performance. Definitely a 5 star product & highly recommended!
