  Excellent and fast service! Thank you for being fast and professional EcoHub team. The machine itself gets 4 out of 5 but EcoHub delivery speed gets 5 out of 5. Kuvings auto 10 parts and the whole machine have high quality but it wastes time and vegetables instead of juicing them properly. It could be better and extract more juice out of the fruits and vegetables. I mean the pulp is not bone...

Kuvings auto 10 parts and the whole machine have high quality but it wastes time and vegetables instead of juicing them properly. It could be better and extract more juice out of the fruits and vegetables. I mean the pulp is not bone dry, in particular, when juicing celery or micro leaves. Cleaning the machine is time consuming and it makes some scratching noise while juicing for example beet root or vegetables with high fiber. It's too heavy too. All in all, it's a good juicer if you lower your expectations from a cold or slow juicer. I have uiced 4 times with it since two months ago when I purchased it as I said because of being time consuming and all the wastage. Kuvings introduced Kuvings auto10 plus about 5 months ago. People in other countries are using auto 10 plus. But here in SA the companies like EcoHub don't bring the new models and wait to sell their stock of the previous models then sell the new ones which will be old for the rest of world. When there's Kuvings official agent exists in SA, we must be able to buy the latest models as well like the rest of the world. I can't understand why South Africans must wait for the latest technology while the rest of world enjoy using it. EcoHub, please sell other products like Nama and Hurom too. Thank you

  Thanks for your order and review. Note that there is a dedicated Kuvings distributor in South Africa. The Auto 10 is the latest model which they are actively importing. The poor ZAR / USD exchange rate results in very high pricing on certain models. You mention Nama and Hurom. The Nama juicer is made by the Hurom factory in South Korea. We have three juicers made by Hurom. The Oscar Classic Juicer, as well as two Hurom branded juicers.
