  EcoHub /Dylan was super efficient and communicative throughout the entire purchasing process of my Isitepower Plant, he made the time to call me and answer all my questions and personally followed up making sure the unit arrived without any hiccups. The post-purchase service has been equally impressive. The personal service puts EcoHub head and shoulders above the mass online retail platforms.

  Unit is working very well. Very quiet, neat and compact. In a normal 2.5hour load shedding my 2 bedroom apartment uses about 10% of the battery. This is with fridge, TV, WiFi, decoder and sound system on. So far I’m very happy. Lebo the recommended installer was fast, neat and a good communicator. I would recommend him with a clear conscience.

  Superb service and a fantastic product! Thank you for making the purchase and installation experience so seamless. The reviews convinced me to engage EcoHub and I can truly attest to the positive experience. The product has been a game changer - it is THE ideal fit for an apartment, you can hardly notice it, never mind loadshedding!

  We can highly recommend Ecohub. We ordered the Huawei Isitepower Inverter and Battery. Dylan's response time was fantastic, we ordered on a Sunday and email confirmation from courier was received the next morning with the inverter arriving on Wednesday. Dylan recommended an installer in JHB who was also excellent, and by Thursday we were up and running, fully connected to the distribution...

  Exceptional product. Such a smooth transition when loadshedding starts… the only indication is the red light. Love that I can get info and insight from the app too. My anxiety is now a thing of the past. A definite must purchase. Thanks Dylan for the support and wonderful service. For those installation in JHB I used *installer name removed*, very professional service.

I wanted a product that would give me all the benefits of a 5KVA inverter and all the battery power I need to run my house. The Huawei Isitepower-M was the perfect solution. It is a good looking device. It is completely silent and fits in well in our living room. The only indication that we have now that load shedding is occurring is a red LED. We haven't managed to drain the battery past 75% during load shedding yet. I would highly recommend this product.
