  Impressed by prompt service. Thanks I really enjoy the extra height the spacers provide. Definitely needed when making oumas rusks. I’ve also learnt a new trick to hang biltong from a sheet with lots spacers in between. It dries much better than when lying flat. And I can still dry something else on the top rack at the same time. Brilliant design
