04-08-2021The dehydrator was packed very well for transport. It is easy to operate, works like a charm, and is really not noisy. My only concern is that if a shelf should accidentally be dropped, it will most likely break, because the material it is made of does not appear to be strong enough to withstand such, which is a pity, because shelves need to be washed repeatedly and ought to be more...Read moreAdministrators CommentThanks for your review. I would not be too concerned about the shelves, they are made of good quality food grade BPA free plastics. We have sold hundreds of Kuto Dehydrators and I don't recall ever having to replace a shelf. I grow peas in my garden and have dried peas with the pods on the regular trays. This works perfectly. ( 6 regular trays provided with the dehydrator ). The holes on the regular trays allow for consistent air flow and heat distribution throughout the Kuto Dehydrator. We have tested the heat distribution of the Kuto dehydrator with thermal imaging and it turned out to be better than many more expensive dehydrators. We recently took photos of the Kuto - the size of the holes can be seen in the 2nd photo on the website. The mesh trays are available should you wish to dry smaller items. They are great for drying herbs, and would work for individual peas.

29-06-2021Thank you EcoHub, I received my dehydrator, yesterday I tried it with pineapples, am so impressed, first of all for receiving my dehydrator in good condition though am in Botswana, of which I thought it will take some time, it was very fast, secondly for the job well done when dry pineapples, I was done in only 6 hours, am looking forward to learn a lot.
28-06-2021I recieved my Kuto Dehydrator in record time and immediately put it to the test with great results! I now have jars of dehydrated apple, strawberries, pears, naartjie and oranges to offer my grandchildren in stead of sweets, and cucumber to add with strawberry to gin and tonic ! 24-05-2021The EcoHub website is very user friendly, the service is reliable, efficient and fast, I placed my order on Monday afternoon and received it first thing the following Tuesday morning. The Kuto Dehydrator is everything it’s advertised to be and I’m very pleased with the product and EcoHub service. Will definitely be doing more shopping on this site.
22-04-2021I'm extremely happy with my product. It works great and the instruction manual is really easy to understand and gives good guidelines. Ecohub totally surprised me with their great customer service. I submitted my order, paid and within 10min received a notification that my package was on it's way.
