01-10-2021Your service was excellent, I did however have a problem with the fact that the item was not wrapped and The Courier Guy stickers were all stuck to the packaging and the corner of the box was damaged. I cannot remove the stickers without damaging the box. I like keeping my items in its original box but their white sticker is on the front which restricts me seeing the pictures on the box.Administrators CommentThanks for your feedback. I see that your order was collected on 1 OCT. There was a new driver collecting that day. I asked him to place the Photizo Pain unit into a flyer bag, Unfortunately, instead of putting the unit into a flyer bag, he put the tracking stickers onto the box. --- I have emailed you and offered to send a new Photizo Pain box so that you can see the pictures on the outer box.
