18-09-2023Excellent service. We ordered a KomoMio which arrived with a defect. Ecuhub promptly arranged for its collection and replacement with a new KomoMio. The whole matter from the initial order to its completion was handled efficiently and professionally.Administrators CommentThanks for your review. Every Komo Mill is checked and a South African plug is attached before dispatch. Unfortunately the courier damaged your original unit in transit. We therefore sent a replacement, and now have to take it up with the courier company. Regards, Dylan
